Webjørn Barstad

CEO

 

Webjørn Barstad is the CEO of Aker QRILL Company. Barstad has spent his entire career in the seafood industry, most recently serving as EVP Offshore at Aker Biomarine ASA, and previously as CEO of Lerøy Havfisk and Lerøy Norway Seafoods, and as COO at Lerøy Seafood Group.

 

Barstad’s journey into the world of seafood began in 1991 at L.S. Larsen in Ålesund, Norway. From there, he spent 15 years with advisory and leadership roles in Norwegian Fishermen’s Organization and Norwegian Fishing Vessel Owners Association, before he went on to lead operations for Strand Havfiske, followed by six years of senior positions in Havfisk and Lerøy Seafood Group.

 

Barstad holds a Master of Science - MS, International Banking and Financial Studies from Heriot-Watt University

Anders Isberg

CFO

 

Anders Isberg is CFO of Aker QRILL Company. Anders joined Aker BioMarine ASA in 2020 and advanced from the role of Business Analyst to Vice President for Strategic Finance and Controlling. Prior to this, he spent seven years in London, where he worked, among other things, with strategy and mergers and acquisitions at the global mining company De Beers.

 

He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Manchester and is a CFA® charterholder.

Kenneth Fredriksen

CCO

 

Kenneth Fredriksen joined Aker Qrill Company in 2026 as Chief Commercial Officer. With more than 25 years of international leadership experience, Fredriksen has held a wide range of senior executive roles in the telecom and ICT sectors.

 

From 2012 to 2025, he held several senior positions at Huawei Technologies, including Senior Vice President for Europe and CEO of Huawei Sweden, where he oversaw operations across the Nordic and Baltic markets.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Birmingham.
